 Well for this drawing I tried to dial down how abstract my art was this time.Since this time we had to base our drawing on typography,I had a bit of a struggle (which I mean alot) while trying to draw this piece.I had my idea set in stone from the 5-4 drafts I had (even though I had to do 6 or more),I chose the more simple one I made,putting aside the more complex and difficult ones I made which then fowarded my process on this a bit more.My process on drawing this was using simple letters such as i and l to make it simple and easy to understand.Then I cafefully used a rular and a normal pencil to draw the straight,smooth lines erasing any minor smudges or streaks.Onward a few minutes came an idea of mine,which was a last second decision of mine to have the capital I hang from the box,right beneath the lowercase i.But blackening the capital I was a challenge and couldn't make it perfect (sadly),but eventually got it close enough to what I wanted.Procceding a few seconds after that...

Similarity

  When I was drawing this,I decided to implement the use of tape for control over various areas of shading.I also decided to go with using similarity of bending & curving so it can create a rather simple but complicated piece of abstract art.I also positioned the two boxes to make an "X" with both of them.But I'm at least satisfied with how it came out.

Grid & Structure

  When I was drawing my piece,I used different volumes of shading as well as different variations of rectangles & squares.But also,I like how I made my mistake(which was making a slanted/transformed or however you say that grid to instead of a rectangle one)to such a result in the end.I also like how my piece also has a sense of direction & movement in it as well.

Variations Of Repetition

                      Repetition Drawing Reflection:When I was drawing this,I was wondering of what I can do different and I thought of first drawing the shapes and then deforming/mingling with then a bit.After that I sought to shade inside of the shapes as well as adding low to high values onto my shading process.But overall,I enjoyed the outcome of my art  Types of Repetition -Repetition Of Color -Repetition Of Direction -Repetition Of Shape
